Enhanced Protection

This jacket prioritises rider safety with cutting-edge protection. Its advanced armor system delivers top-notch impact defence while preserving flexibility and comfort.
● For Elbows: CE Certified Warrior Tech Level 2 Protectors used for ergonomics, lightweight, ultra flexibility. Certified to standard EN1621-1:2012 (T+)
● For Shoulders: CE Certified Warrior Tech Level 2 Protectors used for ergonomics, lightweight, ultra flexibility. Certified to standard EN1621-1:2012 (T+)
● For Back: Integrated Level 2 Warrior Tech back protector
● Increased Low-Light Visibility: Reflective details placed around the jacket for safety

Abrasion Resistance

The Diablo jacket offers elevated abrasion resistance in case of a fall.

Elevated Fit & Comfort

The Diablo Mesh Sport Jacket is designed to provide a custom fit for every rider’s unique body shape and riding style.
● Fit Adjustment:
○ The hip girth adjustment allows extra room when seated.
○ Velcro adjusters on the cuffs, biceps and waist.
● Pockets
○ two front pockets for ample storage.
● Zippers:
○ All YKK zippers with glove friendly YKK pullers
● Inner lining : Sweat wicking inner mesh lining.

Wash & Care

Step 1 - Prep
● Remove impact protectors
● Undo all zippers, Velcro, and buckles
● Shake off surface dirt; use a soft brush if needed
Step 2 - Detergent
● Prefer: Tech-wash, neutral unscented liquid detergent, woollen liquid detergent, or baby shampoo
● Avoid: Granular powders and heavily scented liquid detergents
Step 3 - Soak
● Dissolve 1 cap of detergent in lukewarm water
● Soak for at least 30 minutes; avoid hot water
Step 4 - Wash and Rinse
● Agitate and scrub by hand, focusing on greasy spots
● Rinse thoroughly until detergent is gone; use a soft brush if needed
Step 5 - Dry and Store
● Hang to dry in a cool, shaded, well-ventilated area
● Store in a cool, dry place away from dust
● Do not wring, tumble dry, iron, bleach, or expose to direct sunlight
Storage - Store your riding jacket in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and dust. For long-term storing remove the armours from the jacket and fold the jacket to avoid folding of the armour.
