Whey protein with full-spectrum metabolic micronutrient support

MuscLEAN is a protein powder that does a lot—whey protein plus a bunch of vitamins and minerals, not just a plain scoop. It's aimed at supporting lean muscle, working as a meal replacement, and covering metabolic needs all in one. You get quality dairy protein as the base, natural aminos for recovery and muscle building, and a wide range of vitamins and minerals to plug holes in your diet that could mess with training, recovery, or how your body uses nutrients.

The protein comes from a Protizyme-like blend: ultra 10x-microfiltered, enzyme-boosted whey isolate and concentrate. Whey is top dog for quick digestion, packing essential aminos, and kicking off muscle growth with leucine. Total protein grams aren't listed here, but the amino breakdown gives clues: glutamine at 3,939 mg, aspartic acid at 2,473 mg, and alanine at 1,121 mg. These come naturally from whey. Glutamine feeds your muscles and gut during recovery—it's not a mega dose, but it fits right in. Aspartic acid helps with amino metabolism and energy in cells. Alanine moves nitrogen around and supports glucose cycling in hard workouts and recovery.

The vitamins and minerals set this apart from basic proteins. Chromium fits the metabolic vibe—studies show doses from 200–1,000 mcg can help a bit with body comp and blood sugar. We don't have the exact amount here, so can't say it's clinical-level, but it's a smart add.

Key Highlights

  • Whey isolate and concentrate base—this is the gold standard in sports nutrition for quick amino delivery and muscle building. It beats out plant blends or collagen stuff that sounds cool but doesn't pack the same punch per scoop.
  • 3,939 mg glutamine in the amino profile—a nice chunk that helps with recovery and gut health. In a whey shake, it makes this a solid daily tool for muscle support, not just a calorie filler.
  • 2,473 mg aspartic acid—an amino that handles nitrogen and boosts cell energy. You won't feel a buzz, but it adds to why good whey rocks for athletes.
  • 1,121 mg alanine—key for moving aminos and staying flexible during workouts and recovery. It rounds out the profile for keeping muscles strong through tough training.
  • Wide vitamin and mineral lineup—includes A, C, D, E, K, B-vitamins, magnesium, zinc, chromium, iron, copper, iodine, manganese, molybdenum, and phosphorus. This turns it into a real daily nutrition player, unlike bare-bones proteins that leave everything to your meals.
  • Chromium adds to the metabolic angle—it's got some backing for slight body comp and sugar control improvements, especially at 200–1,000 mcg from studies. Dose isn't listed, so not calling it clinical, but it matches the lean muscle focus.
  • Magnesium and vitamin D team up smart—magnesium activates vitamin D and handles ATP, muscle work, and nerves. Together, they boost energy and muscle function from linked angles.
  • B-vitamin crew helps turn food into energy—thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, folic acid, biotin, and B12 cover mitochondrial energy, blood health, and breaking down macros. Makes this shake way handier than plain whey.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique chasers in recomp who want high protein without meal-prep overload. Gives whey aminos plus vitamins/minerals, beating plain protein when calories count and food quality does too.
  • Busy folks skipping meals, training late, needing a shake that goes beyond protein. Whey, glutamine-rich aminos, and stuff like chromium, magnesium, B-vitamins bridge convenience to real support.
  • Mid-level gym rats building or holding lean mass with structured eats. Practical for daily protein plus extra nutrients basic powders skip.
  • Athletes using shakes post-gym who want full nutrient backup. Whey delivers aminos fast, vitamins/minerals aid energy, repair, and recovery tied to good intake.
  • Folks with iffy appetites struggling on whole-food protein. Powder makes it easy, micronutrients make each scoop count more than basic whey.
  • Lifters maintaining who pick clean protein over heavy gainers. Feels like a lean shake with metabolic extras for those layering support into protein.

How to Use

Shake 1 scoop with cold water for light and fast, or blend for meal-like thickness. Time it for your needs: post-gym for quick recovery, between eats to fill protein holes, or morning when food's a no-go. Stim-free, so evenings are fine unless dairy bugs your gut at night. If new to whey or sensitive to gums/sweeteners, try half first for tummy check. Okay with meals, but solo makes it hit quicker. Stacks with creatine, pre-workouts, electrolytes, or fish oil based on goals. No need to cycle—daily use is how this shines. Keep it sealed, cool, dry, and shake the tub if it settles.

What to Expect

First 0–10 minutes: feels like a regular protein shake—fullness kicks in, more nutrition than a pre. 10–30 minutes: no stim rush since it's clean, but whey digests fast vs. full meals. Next 1–3 hours: aminos hit for recovery or meal support, no big performance feel. Days 1–7: main win is hitting protein easier, less reliance on junk. Weeks 2–4: builds to better routines, steady nutrients, stronger lean muscle hold from reliable intake. It's habit-based, not a feel-it-now thing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of protein is used in MuscLEAN?

MuscLEAN uses a whey-based protein system combining ultra microfiltered, enzymatically enhanced whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. That matters because whey remains the benchmark for fast digestion, high essential amino acid content, and effective post-workout recovery support.

Is MuscLEAN just a protein powder, or is it more like a meal support formula?

It is best viewed as a hybrid between a protein powder and a metabolic nutrition shake. In addition to the whey protein base, it includes a broad panel of vitamins and minerals such as chromium, magnesium, iron, zinc, vitamin D, and multiple B-vitamins, which expands its role beyond simple protein intake.

How much glutamine does MuscLEAN provide?

The verified amino acid profile lists 3,939 mg of glutamine per serving. In this formula, that is best understood as part of the natural amino acid matrix of the whey protein system rather than a standalone free-form glutamine performance dose.

Does MuscLEAN contain caffeine or stimulants?

No stimulants were detected in the verified formula metadata. That makes MuscLEAN suitable for morning, afternoon, or evening use depending on when you need protein and nutritional support.

Can I use MuscLEAN after my workout?

Yes—post-workout is one of the most logical times to use it. Whey protein digests quickly and delivers amino acids efficiently, making it well suited for recovery nutrition after resistance training or conditioning sessions.

Is MuscLEAN a fully transparent formula?

Not completely. We can verify the presence of many vitamins and minerals plus several amino acid amounts, but multiple micronutrient doses are not disclosed in the provided data, so it is not possible to benchmark every ingredient against clinical research ranges.

Does the chromium in MuscLEAN matter?

Chromium is a meaningful inclusion in a product positioned around metabolic nutrition because research supports modest benefits for glucose regulation and body composition in some contexts. The limitation is that the exact chromium dose is not disclosed here, so we cannot confirm whether it lands in the 200–1,000 mcg range commonly studied.

Who is MuscLEAN best for?

It is best for people who want a daily protein that also contributes to broader nutrition support. That includes busy lifters, physique athletes in recomposition phases, and anyone who uses shakes to replace weak meals but still wants meaningful micronutrient coverage.

Does MuscLEAN contain common allergens?

Yes. It contains milk-derived whey proteins and also lists roasted peanut flour, making it inappropriate for users with dairy or peanut allergies.

Can I stack MuscLEAN with creatine?

Absolutely. Creatine monohydrate pairs very well with a whey-based protein formula because creatine supports phosphocreatine recycling for training output, while MuscLEAN covers amino acid delivery and broader daily nutrition support.

These are very thick pillows.
Item Package Quantity: 2, Size: Queen
Exactly as advertised. They are very firm and very thick. They're too thick for me to be able to use as bed pillows. However, they seem to work pretty well as cushions in my papasan chair on top of its normal cushion also work very well as decorative pillows. I'm still giving them four stars because they're exactly as advertised and they seem well made. My only complaint is that they're just too thick. And that's definitely not the fault of the pillows or the pillow maker.

Comfortable, firm, great for positional sleep therapy
Color: Cool Grey, Size: 24x24x12 inch
This is just what I needed to breathe better in my sleep, my doctor recommended a pillow like this for sleep apnea symptoms. I have an upcoming surgery too, so i'm glad I was able to test it out a week prior and see how it can help me prop up in bed. Feeling better about my upcoming recovery knowing i'll have this great pillow to support me!

Literally perfect and exactly what I needed!
Color: Cool Grey, Size: 24x24x12 inch
I can't recommend this enough! It was exactly what i was looking for! I have an annoying habit of researching everything for months before I purchase something that will get used this often. I finally decided on this one and I was very pleasantly surprised. I needed a wedge pillow to put at my back while sitting in bed. Mostly for when I'm working on my laptop. This one was the perfect height and perfect fit for me.I'm a female that is 5'4 and weigh about 117pds. I wanted something firm enough to support my back, and this most certainly does! It had a very pleasant appearance with the light gray sides. It has a removable cover I can take off and wash when needed. It's portable enough to move from room to room, also works great on my couch and it has amazing versatility. It can also be used as a pillow for someone that might need to sleep at a slight incline. It also works if you need to prop your legs up. It came vacuum packed. Once opened It said to let is sit for at least 24-48 hrs to give it time to properly inflate. For me, It plumped right up immediately! Again, from someone that does her research, if your looking for something like this at a reasonable price, this is it!

It was worth every cent
Color: Cool Grey, Size: 24x24x12 inch
I have BPPV. It's a condition where tiny ear crystals come out of place and move within your ear canals - this fools your brain into thinking you're in motion, causing severe dizziness. The most common treatment is the Epley Maneuver, and that actually helps a lot. However, I was going through a period where every single day I'd wake up with severe dizziness. Even if I managed to do the Epley Maneuver and it worked, the entire rest of the day would be ruined because I'd still feel generally unwell and nauseous. I ended up getting a book about BPPV and the author strongly recommended sleeping at at least a 30 degree angle. So, that's why I ended up buying this wedge pillow... I started using it April 26 and today is May 17. Since I began using it as a pillow, I have not woke up dizzy again. That is so huge! It may be that sleeping at a 30 degree angle deserves 5 Stars but thought I'd give this pillow 5 Stars too, as it's been a great experience. If you suffer from this, here's how the angle should be...If you lay your head on a pillow and open your eyes, you should not be looking at the ceiling. With the right angle, you should be looking at where the wall meets the ceiling. If so, you know you're at the right angle. As far as pillow itself, I'd say the pillow case fabric is of average quality. Not really remarkable in any way. It seems decent. Good value for the price. The inside is firm (which is just what I needed) but comfortable, and I tend to not move around much the entire night. I like this very much and if it does start wearing out, I'll definitely come back here and buy another. Would recommend.

A bit too firm but great otherwise
Color: Cool Grey, Size: 24x24x12 inch
I got this wedge pillow primarily to have something to lean my head against (I like to lay on my side when reading or looking at my phone at night sometimes), or to sit upright when reading in bed. It's very comfortable doing both now. It does a really good job at being a nice support for the back of my bed. Only negative is I feel it's too firm. I wouldn't use it as a primary pillow, but it's definitely good for back support at least. While I won't mark it down for this, I do find it very large. If you have anything smaller then a queen it may take up more of your bed then you'd like. Definitely recommend. Hopefully will last quite a long while as well.
