100mg Caffeine, 100mg DMHA, and that classic thermogenic kick

USPLabs OxyElite Pro is that classic high-stim fat burner in capsule form, all about feeling the intensity, killing appetite, and keeping your drive up—not some super-transparent, science-heavy setup. It's simple: they mix a solid 100mg of caffeine with another stim, then add a small hidden blend of botanicals that probably amp up the energy and mood. This isn't about boosting your metabolism with tons of studies; it's a stim-heavy helper that makes sticking to a calorie cut feel way less brutal by cranking alertness and motivation.

The main stim is 100mg caffeine anhydrous. Caffeine is super well-studied for sports—it blocks fatigue signals in your brain by messing with adenosine receptors, which ramps up dopamine and norepinephrine for better focus and energy. It also helps with muscle power and calcium in cells. Usual doses for big effects are 200-400mg, so 100mg seems light, but here it's teamed up with other stuff, making it the quick-start part of a bigger energy hit.

Next is 100mg 2-Aminoisoheptane HCl, or DMHA. This is what gives the formula its punch. People use it for killer energy, better mood, and less hunger, and it often feels more intense and driven than just caffeine. It's not as mainstream or studied as caffeine, so the appeal is how it feels in real life, not piles of research data at clear doses.

Key Highlights

  • 100mg Caffeine Anhydrous — hits quick and is backed by tons of research; it blocks fatigue signals to keep you alert and less wiped out. By itself, 100mg is under the usual 200-400mg for big boosts, but here it's the starting point for a stacked stim effect that feels stronger.
  • 100mg 2-Aminoisoheptane HCl — this is the star that makes it feel way more intense than the caffeine suggests. It's all about cranking energy, lifting mood, and curbing appetite, giving you that high-stim vibe.
  • 119.5mg Proprietary Botanical Blend — packs in Bauhinia, Bacopa, Geranium, Cirsium oligophyllum, and Yohimbe, but doses are hidden, which isn't great for transparency. It shows the focus is on concentrated stim-like botanicals, not big wellness doses.
  • Yohimbe Extract Standardized for Yohimbine Alkaloids — probably the most active bit in that blend. Even small amounts can sharpen the thermogenic feel and help with appetite, which is why users dig that edge.
  • Capsule Delivery Format — no messing with mixes or shakers, super portable for early sessions or on-the-go. If you want a fat burner that's easy to take and hits your system fast, this is a win.
  • Built for Cutting, Not Loading — skips stuff like creatine or beta-alanine that need time to build up. You feel the energy, drive, and appetite control right away, making fat-loss days easier.
  • Caffeine’s Evidence Base Is Strong — it's one of the best-studied boosts for alertness, thinking speed, and workout performance. This formula takes that solid base and amps it with harder stims for a bigger real-world punch.
  • Synergistic Stimulant Architecture — caffeine handles fatigue blocking, while the rest ramps up your system's drive through other paths. You get a layered energy feel that's better than plain 100mg caffeine.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique competitors cutting who need energy and appetite help when calories drop. The 100mg caffeine plus 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl is for real stim action, not mild vibes—perfect when prep tiredness hits.
  • Seasoned lifters on fasted AM cardio wanting capsules over powder pre's. Easy to pack, quick to take, and feels stronger than 100mg caffeine thanks to DMHA and stim botanicals.
  • Folks past beginner burners who handle stims well. It's for label readers who get the prop blend trade-off but want that sharp appetite and focus from stacking.
  • Gym rats cutting with busy jobs and PM sessions. Fights the energy slump from deficits, giving urgent, locked-in vibes for the gym.
  • Capsule fans who hate flavored powders or extra drinks. One cap brings portable stims with no hassle, great for trips or work.
  • Athletes chasing bigger workout feels than caffeine alone. The caffeine-DMHA duo is key, with yohimbe and geranium boosting the stim vibe.

How to Use

Start with 1 capsule to check how you handle it, especially if DMHA or yohimbe is new. Take 20-30 minutes before workouts, fasted cardio, or tough day spots, since it's about quick stim boosts, not slow build. Swallow with 8-12 ounces water; no mixing needed, and it's super portable. For sharpest hit, go empty stomach, but after light food if sensitive. Skip mixing with pre-workouts, energy drinks, or big coffees unless tracking stims total, 'cause it's got 100mg caffeine, 100mg DMHA, and likely yohimbine. Team with non-stim basics like creatine, electrolytes, and protein, not more burners. Cycle it for cut blocks, not endless daily use, to keep it strong. Avoid late-day doses if you value sleep. Store closed in cool, dry spot, away from heat and moisture.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: not much yet, just easy capsule downing and maybe a little buzz if empty stomach. Minutes 10-25: caffeine starts with clearer head, and it builds past basic 100mg feels. Minutes 25-45: peak time, where DMHA stack brings strong drive, urgency, and maybe warmer feel from yohimbe blend. Minutes 45-120: energy hangs on, but it varies with your tolerance and food. Days 1-7: you figure quick if it fits, and appetite drop is a big plus on cuts. Weeks 2-4: not about building up, but watching tolerance—steady use helps stick to plans, but the kick can mellow without breaks.

Key Ingredients

  • Caffeine Anhydrous — 100mg — Fast, proven alertness and anti-fatigue support
  • 2-Aminoisoheptane HCl — 100mg — Aggressive stimulant drive beyond caffeine alone
  • Yohimbe Extract — Adds a sharper thermogenic and appetite-control edge
  • Geranium Extract — Supports the formula’s old-school stimulant character
  • Bacopa monnieri Extract — Minor cognitive herb inclusion, not the formula’s main driver
  • Cirsium oligophyllum Extract — Auxiliary fat-loss support within a small hidden blend

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in USPLabs OxyElite Pro?

Each 1-capsule serving provides 100mg of caffeine anhydrous. That number sounds moderate by itself, but the formula also includes 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl plus a proprietary blend containing yohimbe and geranium extract, so the total stimulant experience is much stronger than a standard 100mg caffeine capsule.

Is OxyElite Pro a pre-workout or a fat burner?

It is best classified as a stimulant-based fat burner that can also be used pre-workout. The formula is designed primarily to increase energy, suppress appetite, and make cutting phases more manageable, rather than to provide pump, hydration, or clinically dosed performance ingredients like citrulline or beta-alanine.

What does 2-Aminoisoheptane HCl do in this formula?

2-Aminoisoheptane HCl, commonly called DMHA, is the ingredient that gives this formula its harder-hitting identity. It is used to increase central stimulation, elevate mood and drive, and intensify the overall feel beyond what 100mg caffeine alone would produce.

Why does the product feel stronger than 100mg caffeine?

Because caffeine is only part of the stimulant system. OxyElite Pro also contains 100mg DMHA and a 119.5mg proprietary blend with yohimbe and geranium extract, so the stack creates a more forceful central nervous system effect than the caffeine number alone suggests.

Is the proprietary blend a downside?

Yes, from a transparency standpoint. The blend combines Bauhinia, Bacopa, Geranium, Cirsium oligophyllum, and Yohimbe into just 119.5mg total, so you cannot verify exact doses or confidently compare most of those ingredients against clinical research.

Can beginners use OxyElite Pro?

This is not an ideal beginner product. The combination of caffeine, DMHA, and yohimbe can be too aggressive for new users or anyone who has not already established tolerance to stimulant-heavy thermogenics.

When should I take OxyElite Pro?

Most users take 1 capsule 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or the time of day when appetite and energy are hardest to manage. Taking it earlier in the day is smart because the stimulant blend can interfere with sleep if used too late.

Can I stack OxyElite Pro with coffee or a pre-workout?

You should be very careful with any additional stimulants. Since OxyElite Pro already includes 100mg caffeine, 100mg DMHA, and likely active yohimbine alkaloids, stacking it with coffee, energy drinks, or pre-workouts can push the stimulant load too high for many users.

Does bacopa make this a nootropic formula?

Not really. Bacopa is included, but the entire proprietary blend is only 119.5mg across five ingredients, so it is unlikely bacopa is present at the larger doses typically used in cognition research. The formula’s primary effect is still stimulant-driven energy and appetite control.

Do I need to cycle OxyElite Pro?

Cycling is a smart approach with a high-stim formula like this. Since the main benefits come from acute stimulant effects rather than saturation ingredients, frequent daily use can reduce the punch over time as tolerance develops.

Pretty Darn Good
Format: Kindle
So I’ve been on a omega kick and this definitely hit the spot. Madison was frustrating at times with how she acted towards Lucas, Gray, and Rian. It was like she said towards the end, she didn’t believe she deserved nice things. It would have been nice to hear from her best friends again. They kind of were there in the beginning and the gone except for mention of text messages received from them. I feel like her friends would have been great help in encouraging Madison to go with the pack and never give Brent another chance because he was toxic. I loved Rian. His personality was awesome. His humor. His ability to make Madison comfortable whenever she was feeling overwhelmed. And the fact he fell for her and she fell for him first. They are cute together. I do feel like Lucas was the odd man out though. Like Lucas didn’t develop as much of a relationship with Madison. I would have really liked to see more development in the relationship between them. It was also the same with him and Rian. There is really no relationship displayed. Most of the relationship being displayed is between Rian and Gray. Nevertheless, I loved reading about the dynamic that came to fruition during the entirety of this story. Madison finally got her happiness. And Brent finally got punched in the face. Everyone got exactly what they deserve.

Pack's Promise was okay but not great
Format: Kindle
Pack's Promise was okay but not great. I won't recommend it to anyone that I know. PRO: * Very likable characters * Lots of steamy scenes that are written very well * The spelling and grammar are good * The punctuation is good with the exception of using hyphens instead of commas. Lots of hyphens. Lots and lots of hyphens. CON: * Almost no interactions with any characters outside of Madison and the pack * Nearly no plot. They meet, get together for a heat, agree to make it permanent, done * Quite a few typos such as extraneous words, missing words and words out of order THINGS TO KNOW: * More steamy scenes than storytelling * A lot of MM & MMM, some MFMM during heat

Fluffy and Nice Omegaverse
Format: Kindle
… this would have made 5 stars but for 2 reasons. A.) there were quite a few typos; misspelled words, missing quotations, “the his” mistakes, and various signs that maybe a proofread would do good. B.) the writing was quite textbook. Late blooming omega is struggling with her new self, finds a absurdly wealthy pack of alphas, every thing is almost insta-love but she resists, then decides to love herself and let everyone be happy. Rian was my favourite (obviously the author’s favourite too because he got the most page time) but I wish we could see more of his CEO side? He went to work maybe ONCE the entire time. Gray was supposed to be the “growly one” but he turned out to be puppy dog. Lucas was a genius brainiac doctor - but also super alpha with an aggressive hindbrain with a breeding k*nk?? And then there was no actual “breeding”?? Spice 3/5 - normally omegaverse books are super high on messy smut but this was tamer. Romance 3/5 - insta-love that was then resisted because of personal hangup’s Plot 2/5 - weird paced head hopping, showing the same scene from different POV’s that made me feel like it was 2 steps backward, 1 step forward. Humour 4/5 - there were a dozen lines that genuinely made me chuckle out loud Would have been five stars but the lack of proofreading and the predictable plot made me unable to get up to ADORED IT level - four stars is still and official ENJOYED IT, y’all. This isn’t a bad rating. The “Club Heat” has intriguing possibilities so I’m going to give the second one a shot.

A good read
Format: Kindle
A good read, just fluffy cuteness, no antagonism. I like all the characters. It could have used another round of editing however, glanfds being one error that cracked me up, and my personal pet peeve was that the author kept using the word fill instead of feel, which I promise you are not interchangeable haha, but it's definitely better than the majority of books I read on here mistake-wise.
