About Reamers：
Q: What are the specifications of the reamer?
A: The specification of the reamer, such as 17-19, means that the diameter of the edge of the reamer can be adjusted to a minimum of 17mm and a maximum of 19mm;
Q: Can taper holes be processed?
A: The machined hole is cylindrical, not conical. The holes are machined without taper.
Q: Can it be processed with a drilling machine and a milling machine?
A: The adjustable reamer is a hand reamer, not a machine.
Under normal circumstances, it is not recommended to use the adjustable reamer for machine use. For machine use, please buy a fixed reamer for machine use.
If you have to use the handle reamer on the machine, it will seriously shorten the life of the reamer.
Note: Please reduce the speed to the minimum.
Q: Can I have a blind hole that can be processed?
A: Adjustable reamer can only process through holes, blind holes cannot be reamed to the end and cannot be processed.
Q: How to adjust the size of the reamer?
A: Using two wrenches, loosen the nuts on both ends of the blade so that the blade slides up or down. Until it is adjusted to the desired size, measure it with a micrometer, and then tighten the nut with a wrench.

Q: How do I process it?
A: Viewed from the direction of operation, it can only be operated clockwise, not counterclockwise. Counterclockwise operation will damage the reamer, and the operator is responsible for all consequences!
Recommended cutting allowance for machining steel parts:
Diameter≤15.25mm: Recommended maximum cutting amount≤0.03mm;
Diameter 15.25mm~26mm: Recommended maximum cutting amount ≤0.04mm;
Diameter ≥ 26mm: recommended maximum cutting amount ≤ 0.05mm;
